Tidy Kidz™ was created with this in mind – help kids develop good habits that will last them a lifetime and encourage a harmonious family environment. Through developing tidy habits, children can focus more on the things they love to do. Parents can spend less time prodding children to pick up after themselves and more time ________(you fill in the blank) 
Children are naturally drawn to other children, which makes them great educators to one another. Bella is a 7 year old with a passion for tidiness and cleaning… and not just in her room. Bella lives the tidy life no matter where she goes.
We have created entertaining videos demonstrating how kids can participate in keeping, not only their rooms, but the whole house tidy. Our “Tidy Tip” videos demonstrate solutions to everyday household scenarios children recognize and can apply to their own daily living. In addition to the videos, you’ll find a collection of tidy charts to help kids keep track of their successes and a blog full of helpful tips for parents.
Here’s how it all started:
After a record breaking bad day at work, I came home to a very excited 6 year old who couldn’t wait to show me what she had done! I was expecting anything of course… a fort that was built by using every pillow, chair, blanket, and book (for weight) in the house and hid a multitude of crumbs, sticky juice boxes and equally sticky stuffed animals. While there is certainly nothing wrong with fort building… I had just finished a brutal 10 hour day and cleaning up the house was not what I had envisioned for myself upon arriving home. She held my hand and led me upstairs to a closed bedroom door. I was instructed not to peek or there would be strict penalties! Barely containing her enthusiasm, she opened the door, turned on the light and said “Look”!! I was totally amazed at what I saw. Her bed was made without flaw and stuffed animals were arranged perfectly, the floor was spotless, the closet was straightened up and the drawers were organized with clothes folded neatly. I sat down in amazement and nearly cried… and she was smiling ear to ear! I told her how proud I was of her and how much I appreciated what she had done. I had forgotten what a horrendous day I had just finished, it was gone!
At that moment, Bella and I decided to develop something that would help recreate that same awesome experience in as many homes as possible… thus The Tidy Kidz Company was born. We didn’t stop there! We have created a company that encourages children to tap into their full potential and inspires kids to interact with the world around them in positive, fun, creative and yes… tidy ways.
